Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and guests may need to cancel their reservation. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and hosts.
Guests get a FULL Refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in & has past 48hrs of booking.
For long term stays (30 nights or more), Guests receive a FULL refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable. ​
Guests have the option to reschedule their booking instead of canceling, allowing for a change in dates. For instance, if you initially booked for January, you have the flexibility to shift the reservation to May, provided you provide sufficient notice, with a minimum requirement of one week or seven days. ​
Please be aware that requests to change dates with only one day's notice cannot be accommodated. This short timeframe does not allow us to rebook the dates for another guest, resulting in a loss for us. ​
It's important to note that the mentioned option is applicable exclusively to bookings made directly through our website. If you booked via Airbnb, Booking.com, or other online travel agencies, kindly refer to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. ​
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or modify your accommodation, we will make every reasonable effort to promptly inform you of the situation and provide an explanation. We may offer alternatives, but if these are unacceptable, the booking will be treated as canceled, and any funds you've paid to us will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation. ​
We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, or any other impacts on your booking resulting from events beyond our control, known as "force majeure." These events include war, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or man-made disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, and similar circumstances outside our control. ​
If you wish to modify your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, you will be required to cover any additional expenses resulting from the alteration. Additionally, at our discretion, we may impose an amendment fee to cover administrative costs. ​
Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for non-arrivals.
